UCS student shows what it means to be a team player

Caleb with her dadA Wiley Elementary fourth grader has become a shining example of how to be a team player.

Caleb Widdows is still years away from being a Utica High School student, but he has already shown his Chieftain pride through a service project.

Widdows has been representing the community by supporting in the Wigs 4 Kids program in honor of a football player who played at rival Sterling Heights High School.

Caleb and his dad – The Sterling Heights Varsity Football coach Brent Widdows – have supported the Wigs 4 Kids program since he was a toddler in memory of the former player, who passed away from cancer.
